Information you share with us
If you email us, we receive your email address, name, message, and any information you choose to include. Project communications may also contain company details, requirements, invoices, and information needed to deliver our services. Please share only information necessary for your inquiry.
The contact form prepares a draft in your own email application. Its entries are not submitted to a Cuvon server by the form and are not stored by this website. We receive them only if you send the email. Your email provider’s own privacy terms apply.
Information from website visits
Our hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps, browser information, and security logs to serve and protect the website. This site does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or optional tracking cookies. Fonts are served locally.
A separately offered Cuvon software product may have different data-processing requirements. Its privacy notice will explain them before you use that product.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, deliver and support work, keep business records, resolve billing issues, and maintain security. Where applicable, our legal bases are steps taken at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests in operating a secure business. Where consent is required, we will request it.
Service providers and disclosure
Information may be processed by hosting, email, collaboration, and other service providers needed to run the business and deliver your project. We share only information needed for those purposes, subject to appropriate terms. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal rights. We do not sell personal information.
This website does not collect payment card details. If you later pay through a hosted payment service, that provider processes payment information under its own privacy notice. We may receive the transaction status and records needed for accounting and support.
Retention, security, and international processing
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including project support, recordkeeping obligations, and resolving disputes. Retention depends on the type of record and applicable requirements.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No transmission or storage system is completely secure; do not email passwords or full payment details. Information may be processed in countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your information; object to certain processing; or withdraw consent. Email support@cuvon.app to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records where legally required. You may also complain to your relevant privacy regulator.

Our business services are not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us. We will publish changes to this policy here and update the date.
