Terms for using this website and purchasing Cuvon services or software.
Who we are
Cuvon LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company providing custom development services and its own software products. Our registered mailing address is 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Contact us at support@cuvon.app.
Custom development services
Before work begins, we agree on a written proposal or statement of work covering the scope, deliverables, price, payment milestones, delivery schedule, review process, and any support period. An inquiry does not create a paid engagement. Work begins only after both parties accept the proposal and any agreed initial payment is received.
Requests outside the agreed scope require a separate written agreement on any additional price and schedule. You are responsible for providing timely feedback, required access, and materials you have permission to use.
Software products and subscriptions
Each Cuvon software product offered for sale will identify its features, supported platforms, system requirements, license, price, and delivery method on its product or purchase page. No software product can be purchased from this website at present.
Where a product offers a subscription, its checkout will disclose the billing amount, currency, interval, renewal terms, and cancellation method before purchase. Recurring billing requires your agreement; purchasing custom development does not automatically enroll you in a subscription. Any trial or promotion will disclose its conditions and post-trial charges before you sign up.
Prices and payments
Custom services are individually quoted in United States dollars (USD). Applicable taxes and third-party costs, such as hosting, domains, or app-store fees, will be identified in your proposal or before purchase. This website does not list fixed service prices or offer checkout.
Only pay against an agreed proposal or a clearly identified product purchase. Any future hosted payment page will identify the payment provider and accepted payment methods. Do not send card numbers or bank credentials by email.
Delivery and acceptance
Services and software are delivered electronically. Your proposal or product page will state what is delivered and when. Custom-project review and acceptance milestones are agreed in writing; a change to scope or a delay in required customer input may affect the schedule. See our delivery policy for details.
Ownership and permitted use
Ownership and licensing of custom deliverables are set out in the project agreement. That agreement will identify any pre-existing components, open-source software, or third-party licenses. Do not assume exclusive ownership of third-party or pre-existing tools.
Software products are licensed under the terms disclosed for that product. You must not use our website, software, or services to infringe others’ rights, conduct unlawful activity, distribute malware, or interfere with systems. You retain rights to materials you provide and grant the permissions reasonably needed to complete your project.
Refunds, cancellations, and problems
Our refunds and cancellations policy explains how to end an engagement or request a refund. Contact support@cuvon.app with your order or project reference and a description of the issue. We will review the matter with you. This process does not remove any rights you have to contact your payment provider or exercise statutory remedies.
Availability and restrictions
Access to our services is subject to applicable law, including applicable sanctions and export-control restrictions. We cannot provide services where prohibited by law. Availability of a particular software product may depend on its platform, region, and published requirements.
Responsibilities and changes
Project-specific warranties, support obligations, and any limitation of liability must be stated in the agreement applicable to that project. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these website terms by publishing a revised version. Changes do not retroactively alter an accepted project agreement. Wyoming law governs these website terms to the extent permitted by applicable law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
